This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans and services offered by Grow8. We strive to provide excellent service, and if you're not satisfied, we want to make things right.
2. Free Trial Period
Grow8 offers a free trial period for new users:
- Duration: 14-day free trial with full platform access
- No Payment Required: No credit card required to start the trial
- No Obligation: Cancel anytime during the trial with no charges
- Automatic Conversion: After the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan
3. Subscription Plans
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Billed on a monthly recurring basis
- Full access to features included in your plan tier
- Can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle
- Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Billed once per year at a discounted rate
- Typically offers 2 months free compared to monthly billing
- Commitment for the full annual term
- Can be cancelled, but refund terms apply (see Section 5)
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel

- Reactivation is possible within the retention period
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
5. Refund Policy

5.3 Pro-Rated Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days, we may offer a pro-rated refund based on:
- Unused months remaining in your subscription
- Minus any discounts received for annual billing
- Subject to review and approval by our billing team
5.4 Non-Refundable Items
Note: The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Partial month usage after the refund window has passed
- Add-on services or one-time purchases after use
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party resellers
- Promotional or discounted plans (unless otherwise stated)
6. How to Request a Refund
6.1 Refund Request Process

- Reason for the refund request

6.2 Refund Processing Time
- Review: 1-3 business days to review your request
- Approval: Notification sent via email upon decision
- Processing: 5-10 business days to process approved refunds
- Credit Card: May take an additional 5-10 days to appear on your statement
7. Plan Changes
7.1 Upgrading Your Plan
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- You will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle
- Future billing will reflect the new plan rate
7.2 Downgrading Your Plan
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds for the current period
- Access to higher-tier features continues until the period ends
- Data exceeding lower-tier limits may need to be managed
8. Special Circumstances
8.1 Service Outages
If Grow8 experiences significant service interruptions:
- We may offer service credits proportional to the downtime
- Extended outages may qualify for partial refunds

8.2 Billing Disputes
If you believe you were incorrectly charged:

- Provide transaction details and your concern
- We will investigate and resolve within 5 business days
8.3 Chargebacks
Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to use Grow8 in the future. We're committed to resolving any billing issues directly.
9. Enterprise Customers
Enterprise and custom plan customers:
- Refund and cancellation terms are defined in your individual contract
- Contact your dedicated account manager for any changes
- Custom terms may supersede this general policy
10. Data Export Before Cancellation
Before cancelling, we recommend:
- Exporting any reports or analytics you wish to keep
- Downloading your account data via Settings → Export Data
- Saving any configurations or custom settings
- Revoking marketplace integrations if desired
11. Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate your account:
- Within 30 days: Your data and settings will be restored
- After 30 days: You'll need to set up a new account
